Refund policy

Dear valued customer,
If you need to cancel an order you've placed online, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests received after we have shared dispatch details and tracking codes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Just a quick heads up, we're only able to offer refunds on regular-priced items at this time. Unfortunately, we can't process refunds for any sale items. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We appreciate your understanding.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@bikcoffee.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Please note that our refund policy lasts for 10 days from the date of your purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused condition and must be returned in its original packaging.

If you can send back the product with the packaging intact, unused, sealed and free from any damage within 10 days of delivery, we will refund your order without any questions asked.

Please note that in case of missing items from your order, you must share an unboxing or unpacking video with our customer support team. This is mandatory and applies to both cases of a partial order or empty box received by the customer.
Once we have received your returned item, we'll send you an email to confirm that we've received it and we're conducting an inspection. We understand that waiting for a refund can be frustrating, so we'll do our best to process your refund as quickly as possible. If your refund is approved, we'll get in touch with you to discuss the best way to issue your refund, either by Google Pay Wallet or IMPS. If your refund request is rejected, we'll provide you with an explanation and work with you to find a solution. We value your business and are committed to making sure you're satisfied with your experience.

Please kindly check your bank account for your refund. If you're unable to see it yet, we understand how frustrating this can be. There may be some delays, so we recommend reaching out to your bank for further assistance. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning a defective or damaged item. We are unable to refund any shipping costs. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the delivery time for the exchanged product may vary based on your location. Thank you for your understanding.
